Design
The development of ideas is only the first step in producing a new moulded foam solution; we use the design stage to clearly define the purpose, function and any key feature requirements for the product, while also taking into account sustainability, the supply chain and end of life recycling.
Testing
We can simulate real world transit conditions and evaluate physical and mechanical handling in the distribution environment. In-house testing also allows us to performance check any critical design attributes of the packaging and components we manufacture.
Prototyping
CNC prototypes provide the opportunity to test your design and sign off a physical part before committing to tooling and a first production run. Prototype also allow conduct any necessary trials and tests with consumers or against other products to ensure it is fit for its intended application.
